Applicant authorizes the landlord to contact past and present landlords, employers, creditors, credit bureaus, neighbors and any other sources deemed necessary to investigate applicant.

I understand that the deposit paid with this application will not be refunded unless the application is disapproved by management. I also understand that if I decide not to take the unit, the deposit will not be refunded to me.
